Cheryl C. Bradford practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on business litigation. Her practice includes business torts, contract disputes, construction law, and personal injury.
She has both prosecuted and defended complex litigation matters involving business and construction. She obtained summary judgment for defendants in a D & O liability action with potential liability in excess of $100 million dollars.
Ms. Bradford earned her Juris Doctorate degree as a cum laude graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is admitted to Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Her professional activities include memberships to the American Bar Association (Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section), State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys and is one of only 48 participants accepted into the prestigious Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce's 2009-2010 Leadership Las Vegas program.
Ms. Bradford was born in Sulphur, Louisiana and resided in Fort Worth, Texas until moving to Las Vegas to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. Ms Bradford worked at a national insurance company before attending law school. She is the proud of her participation in charitable organizations including Ted E. Vegas ("Good Bears of the World"). Ms. Bradford enjoys spending time with her family and participating in 5K's whenever she can.
