
Debra Pieruschka works primarily in the areas of commercial, corporate, land use/planning and general civil litigation.
Ms. Pieruschka earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas' Boyd School of Law where she was an active participant in the Student Bar Association. Ms. Pieruschka received several honors while attending law school including the CALI Awards for Lawyer Process III, Insurance Law and Civil Procedure. Ms. Pieruschka was also a member of the Nevada Law Journal and a member of the Society of Advocates - Moot Court. Ms. Pieruschka holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she majored in accounting and business administration.
Ms. Pieruschka is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada. She is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys.
Before joining Martin & Allison, Ms. Pieruschka worked in the governmental sector for over 16 years where she gained extensive experience working with govermental staff and elected boards on a broad range of issues from statutory provisions to community wide development issues.
Ms. Pieruschka has traveled, lived and worked all over the world, including over 7 years in Germany where she learned to speak fluent German.
